Company is a scam and all the make their money buy making sure your payments doesn't make it on time. Can't log on to the website and customer service is bad. If companies like this continue to prosper, we can kiss the american dream goodbye. At least will all have health benifits..lol.

my VA loan was sold to these clowns for servicing. I just had extensive roof / hail damage and got my insurance company check right away. midland wants me to endorse the check, send estimates and all this other paper work with it AND THEY WILL DECIDE WHO TO PAY AND WHEN. That is CRAP. Many people in my area have this damage and have new roofs already, without a hassle from their mortgage company. i can pay my own roofers etc. IDIOTS>.

Midland bought me fom another company and I have had the same hassles that others here have listed. The customer service consultants are rude, they are consistantly threatning foreclosure,the website never works and they raised my payment for no apparent reason!! If I could have had a choice I would never choose this company!!.

They bought out my mortgage from GMAC, told me everything was going to be transferred over that I had nothing to worry about. Then I was told that i was 30 days late on my mortgage and it was my fault. These people do not know what customer service is all they do is give you the run around.

This company bought my mortgage and is very low tech. They have a web site but nothing works on it. It is one of the reasons this country is in the shape it is in. The SEC should investergate NOW. There is something going on with company that is not clear. You get the feeling of bat and switch is about to occur. The people you talk to are not very informed and rude. They are not the kind of people you want do business with. The BBB and SEC should take a good look at this company. .

This company took over our Mortgage from another company. They are very unorganized and are constantly threatening to put our house into foreclosure even though we have been making timely payments to them. Due to the incompetence of this company and their customer service department, we have accumulated thousands of dollars worth of legal fees. They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with and I am currently in the process of refinancing with another company. I have dealt with this nightmare for almost 3 years and would not recommend it to anyone that I know. BUYER BEWARE!!!.

Midland is criminal. Claims of never receiving mortgage payments. Forcing clients to send registered mail, then basically accusing clients of sending empty envelopes. Claiming never received even with proof of signature that Midland representative signed upon delivery. Manipulating payments and withholding them to post extremely late with threats of foreclosure. Keep a watchful eye on this company...we are learning the hard way and are currently fighting with them for the 3rd month in a row claiming payments never received. Truly criminal...we will be pursuing legal action next..
